1. Submit a deletion request
Email privacy@tempowebstudio.nl from the address linked to your account with the subject “Data deletion request.” State whether you want us to delete your entire TempoWeb account, data received from Google or TikTok, or specific project/contact data. If you cannot email from the linked address, include enough information for us to verify your identity safely.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and may ask for proportionate identity verification.
- We revoke active connected-platform tokens under our control and delete or anonymise eligible account and profile data.
- We respond without undue delay and normally complete verified requests within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer where the GDPR permits; we will explain any extension.
- Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until they rotate, normally within 90 days, and is not restored to active systems except for disaster recovery.
3. Data we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or proof that we fulfilled your request. We isolate retained data and do not use it for marketing or unrelated product purposes. Financial records are generally kept for seven years where Dutch law requires it.
4. Disconnect Google or TikTok
You can separately stop future provider access through your Google Account connections or TikTok privacy settings. Disconnecting a provider does not itself delete your TempoWeb account or historical data already received; submit the deletion request above for that.
