Are there yearly costs? What happens after the first year?
There are no monthly fees. Your build price includes the first year of hosting + domain. From year 2 it's a flat €75/year for hosting + domain on small-business sites; larger custom builds are quoted on traffic, complexity and cloud-subscription costs. Business email is billed separately. You own the code and can move to your own provider anytime.
Does choosing "relaxed" delivery mean lower quality?
Never. The code, design, and performance are identical. "Relaxed" simply means we schedule your build during our gaps, passing the savings to you. "Express" means we prioritize your project to launch in days. Delivery speed — relaxed, standard or express — is the cost lever, not the quality.
What is included in the one-time package?
Every package includes custom design, mobile-first development, technical SEO setup, security basics, and launch support. Your first year of domain + hosting is included (business email billed separately); from year 2 it's €75/year for hosting + domain on small-business sites. Store packages additionally include full e-commerce setup.
What is the difference between Business Website and Online Store?
Business Website is focused on leads, trust, and service pages. Online Store includes product catalog, cart/checkout flow, and store-specific setup. Both are built with the same performance and quality standards.
Can I switch tempo after booking?
Yes. If your timeline changes, we can upgrade or adjust your tempo before production starts. You only pay the difference between plans. We confirm the updated schedule with you first.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. We include a user-friendly Dashboard. You can edit text, swap images, and manage blog posts/products easily without writing code.
Do I own the code, or do I rent it?
You own it 100%. Unlike Wix or Shopify, we give you the Source Code. It is a business asset that belongs to you.
What if I need help later?
You have 1 year of bug-fix support included. For content updates or new features, you can use an optional monthly care plan or pay a one-time fee per request.
Do you support multilingual websites (EN / NL / AR)?
Yes. We build multilingual setups with proper language switching and clean structure. Arabic pages are implemented with RTL support so layout and readability stay professional.
Will my site be optimized for speed and SEO from day one?
Yes. We build with performance in mind: clean code, responsive layout, technical SEO basics, and fast loading standards. You start with a strong foundation for rankings and ads.
Can you connect forms, WhatsApp, calendars, and analytics?
Absolutely. We can integrate lead forms, WhatsApp actions, booking tools, and analytics tracking during setup. For advanced custom workflows, we scope it clearly before implementation.
What's included for €125?

How does the split payment work?
You pay €25 now to reserve your domain and hosting. We start building your website. You only pay the remaining €100 when your site is ready and you're happy with the result. Zero risk.
How fast is delivery?
Most websites are delivered within 3–7 business days after we receive your content and business details.
Can you do multi-language?
The €125 offer includes a single language. Multi-language support (EN/NL/AR) can be added as an upgrade.
